My Favorite Thing #4

When I was a kid, even as a teenager, I didn't like anything spicy. Even mild salsa was too hot for me. However, in my early twenties I was swayed into mixing a little Tabasco in with my ketchup for my french fries and that was it....I was hooked. That's right my friends, one of my favorite things is Tabasco.

Eventually, a little Tabasco turned into a lot of Tabasco. Then I started putting it on my burger, too. And Mexican food. And baked potatoes. And eggs. Well, I think you get the idea. Tabasco was my gateway-drug to my love of all things spicy. Now, I don't like things so hot that they are virtually inedible (think wicked burning without any flavor), but a nice little sting is always appreciated by my palate.

Tabasco. Give it a try. You might just find that you like it.
Or not.

I am not a big fan of it, but I know plenty of people like you who love to slather it on just about anything! Enjoy your spicy food :)

My mom always used to put that in her homemade Spaghetti sauce! Needless to say the family and I did NOT take to that extra seasoning and once I learned how to make my own spaghetti sauce, that was one incredient that I left out!

That being said, I do love spicy wings! HOT!

Ya know - I love spicy things and yet I can honestly say that I've never put Tabasco on anything. But you've inspired me to try it on some things. Maybe I'll start with eggs.
